Mike Foley joined 44 Maple Group in October 2022 as Chief Executive Officer. Mike is the former Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder for Re:Build Manufacturing, a family of industrial businesses combining cutting-edge enabling technologies, operational superiority and strategic M&A to build America’s next generation industrial company.
Nick joined 44 Maple Group in April 2024. Before joining 44 Maple Group as SVP & CFO, Nick was a member of the 44 Maple Group advisory board. Nick is a business strategist, financial expert and leader with over 25 years of industry experience. Nick spent the bulk of his time career with Avery Dennison where he served as VP and General Manager of their Label and Packaging Division. Nick most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at M&Q Holdings LLC- which is the parent company to three independent operating companies.
Ethan has been with FLEXcon since 2003. At that time, as the incoming CFO, he moved the FLEXcon Finance/Accounting function from primarily being a transactional function to having FLEXcon do its own financial reporting (the reporting was previously done by an outside accounting firm). He also introduced the Financial Planning and Analysis function to the Company. Ethan has also had responsibility (in the past) for the Company’s Information Technology and Risk Management/Safety/Environment functions. With the introduction of the FHT organization in the 2016/2017 time, the FHT CFO role has basically shifted to being a corporate CFO role.
Prior to FLEXcon, Ethan worked for ADVO (direct mailer) as its Vice President of Network Planning (Strategic Planning) as well as the Vice President of Strategic Business Development, Finance. Before working for ADVO, Ethan worked for Ames/Zayre Stores (retail) -working in different functional roles, including Finance, Merchandising, Replenishment, Distribution, and Information Technology.
Ethan is a CPA, who had worked for two of the major public accounting firms (Touche Ross and Coopers Lybrands). He also spent more than twenty years in the Unites States Army/Army Reserve, retiring as a Major in the Field Artillery branch.
Nate’s 30-year career has been spent in the manufacturing sector representing public and private companies in the areas of strategic growth, governance, and a wide-variety of legal and risk services. Prior to joining FHT in 2015, he worked for a fortune 500 public company focused on M&A, securities, and executive compensation, with a 3-year stint in Europe.
Nate is responsible for legal and risk management across all the FHT businesses. He has worked closely with Neil, Shaun, and Mike to develop and improve many of the governance initiatives in place today. Nate also spent a significant amount of time working with Aimee and Shaun on FLEXcon’s transformation, including stints as HR lead and project lead on Data Readiness for S&OP. Nate is a team player whose passion is to bring transformational change to organizations committed to their purpose and core values.
